After 8 years in the media industry, we are thrilled to welcome Christian back as Client Director.
What do you bring to the role as Client Director?
I started as sales consultant in Storm Group back in 2007 and was later team manager, where it was part of my responsibility to build the Copenhagen office. Since then I’ve spent 8 years in the media industry working with sales, purchasing, strategy and project management across different media platforms. The experience I bring with me, from my first time in Storm Group and my latest years in the media industry, gives me valuable insights into our clients’ challenges and opportunities in omnichannel solutions.
What distinguishes Storm Group in field marketing?
I see Storm Group more as a sparring partner than a sales supplier. Especially when it comes to our innovative and proactive way of thinking field marketing in a greater cross-media strategy, where we incorporate the digital platforms to support our activities. Moreover, I see professionalism, quality and reliability as key words in everything we do.
What is the most important learning you have with you from your time as a sales consultant?
Your activity level reflects your results. I remember one day in the field, where my colleague was pitching every single person walking by. To this day, I’m still convinced that I was a better sales person than him, but he still made twice the sales I did. After that I learned that results don’t come on their own, it takes hard work.
