Client: Scandlines provides an efficient transport service with their popular ferry routes between Denmark and Germany. SMILE is their loyalty programme providing special advantages and offers.
Case: Danes love to travel. Especially in the summer months, we use the car and ferries frequently. This was the incentive for Scandlines to increase their number of loyalty members during the peak of summer vacation.
Storm was the chosen dialogue partner to give an attractive introduction to potential members of SMILE during the ferry route. The campaign ran throughout July 2017 and ensured just short of 5,000 new members.
